UB3, UB4 and the roads that border them
A short list, deliberately. We would rather cover Hayes and its edges properly than claim half of west London and know none of it.
Hayes Town
UB3 — the core
The streets around the station and the Uxbridge Road, the interwar terraces and semis behind them, and the newer blocks that have gone up since the Elizabeth line arrived. Short local moves dominate, and parking is the recurring question rather than distance.
Hayes End
UB4 — north of the town
Wider roads, more driveways and a higher proportion of semis with a garage. Volume here is usually larger than the room count suggests, because a garage and a loft that have not been properly emptied in years are the norm.
Yeading
UB4 — east
Post-war and ex-council stock laid out on a generous grid, plus later infill. Access is mostly straightforward; what catches people out is how much a three-bed with a garage actually holds.
Harlington
UB3 — south, towards the airport
Older village core, interwar housing around it, and a lot of moves tied to work at or near Heathrow. Short-notice work is proportionally higher here than anywhere else we cover.
The canal side
Grand Union corridor
The converted wharf buildings and newer developments along the Grand Union. Lifts, booked loading bays and managing agents — the most flat-like moves in the area, and the ones that most need the access settling in advance.
The Southall & Uxbridge edges
UB1 / UB8 borders
The roads that sit against us on either side. We work them because they border Hayes, not as patches of our own — for a move entirely inside Southall or Uxbridge, our coverage page points you at the right site.

Saying no to work that belongs to somebody else costs us a job and saves you a bad one.
Across London as a whole
A move that starts and finishes outside UB3 and UB4 is better handled by a firm built for the capital.

Our network has sites built for individual districts with real local knowledge in them. If your move belongs to one of those, read theirs rather than ours.
Out of London entirely
The M4 and the M25 are minutes away, so a long run west or north starts here easily. Those go as one job with one crew at both ends.

Do you charge more for one part of Hayes than another?
No. What changes the figure is access — a driveway against a controlled street, a loft and garage against neither, stairs against ground floor. A three-bed semi costs the same to move in Yeading as in Hayes End.
Why is the list so short?
Because it is honest. We could list forty west-London districts and rank for none of them, or cover UB3 and UB4 properly. Our network has sites for the other patches and we would rather send you to one than pretend.
What if half the move is in Hayes and half is not?
That is normal and it is ours. Either end being in UB3 or UB4 is enough — plenty of our work is a family leaving Hayes for somewhere else in the country entirely.
Do you go to Southall and Uxbridge?
The roads that border Hayes, yes — they sit against us and it would be odd to refuse them. We do not claim either as a patch of our own.
Anywhere in UB3 or UB4
Send both addresses and a rough idea of what is coming. The access matters more than the postcode, so mention the loft and the road.
